Professor Frank Speaks on Recent Environmental Law Developments
On January 31, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ’74 made a presentation in Sacramento to approximately 125 environmental lawyers employed by the California Environmental Protection Agency, Natural Resources Agency, and Attorney General’s Office.
The subject of Professor Frank’s address was “Key Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals and California Supreme Court.” Professor Frank reports that he found it particularly rewarding that among the attendees were 15 of his former King Hall students, now practicing environmental law for state agencies and the people of California.
Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
