Keely O’Brien ’16 Chosen as Capital Fellow
Keely O’Brien ’16 has been chosen as a member of the 2016-2017 Class of Capital Fellows. She is now a fellow in the Jesse M. Unruh Fellowship Program. The 11-month fellowship provides an introduction to public policy formation and adoption in the California Legislature through full-time work as a professional legislative staff member.
The Capital Fellows Programs are administered by the Center for California Studies at California State University, Sacramento. Fellows work 10-11 months as full-time staff members in the California State Assembly, State Senate, executive branch, or judiciary. They participate in policymaking, program development, and program implementation.
