Professor Frank Speaks to Sacramento County Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section

On January 10, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ’74 spoke at the January meeting of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section.  Professor Frank’s topic was “The Most Important Environmental Law Decisions from the Federal Courts in 2016.”

At the meeting, Professor Frank (joined by King Hall Environmental Law Society Co-Chairs Emily Roberts ’18 and Amanda Saunders ’18) also accepted a generous financial grant from the Sacramento County Bar Association.  That grant will help fund both the California Environmental Law & Policy Center’s Spring 2017 Speaker Series and ELS’s annual Environmental Law Symposium, scheduled for March 10 at King Hall.

Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
