Professor Frank Speaks at International Water Law Conference

On November 15, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ’74 spoke at the 2016 CLE International Water Law Conference in San Francisco.  The topics of Professor Frank's presentation were California's Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014, how that landmark water legislation has been implemented over the past two years, and likely future legal and policy challenges for groundwater management, planning, and regulation in California.

Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
