Scholarship by Professor Imwinkelried Included in National Academy of Sciences Educational Module
The National Academy of Sciences will include one of Professor Edward Imwinkelried's articles in a new educational module for professional school professors to help teach them science and the structure of scientific thought to non-scientific graduate students. The article, "Coming to Grips with Scientific Research in Daubert's 'Brave New World': The Courts' Need to Appreciate the Evidentiary Differences Between Validity and Proficiency Studies," first published in the Brooklyn Law Review in 1995, will be included in a module devoted to forensic pattern recognition evidence. The module will be available to the public on the Academy website.
