Professor Carlton Larson gave a talk entitled, "Ex Parte Endo, Habeas Corpus and the Federal Courts" on June 20 at the Anthony M. Kennedy Library and Learning Center at the Robert T. Matsui U.S. Courthouse in Sacramento.
