Professor Shestowsky Interviewed on Conflict Resolution by UC Irvine Radio Station

Professor Donna Shestowsky was interviewed on UC Irvine radio station KUCI, discussing her career in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and her recent research regarding litigant psychology. As a guest on the program Prescriptions for Healing Conflict hosted by Mari Frank, she spoke about her latest study concerning how civil litigants evaluate various legal procedures as options for resolving disputes.

Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology.  She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
