Research by Professor Shestowsky Featured in Dispute Resolution Magazine

Empirical research by Professor Donna Shestowsky on what litigants want from legal procedures was highlighted in the "research insights" section of latest issue of Dispute Resolution Magazine, the official journal of the ABA's Section on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The publication identifies Shestowsky's work as "research that imparts important lessons for those in the ADR field."

Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology.  She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
