Professor Frank Publishes on High-Speed Rail System in Stanford Energy Journal

Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank has published an article in The Stanford University Energy Journal entitled, "Rail Transportation and Energy Efficiency."  The article focuses on the energy savings and related environmental benefits associated with California's proposed high-speed rail system.  Frank was recently appointed by the California State Senate Rules Committee to serve on the Board of Directors of the California High Speed Rail Authority.  His article may be viewed at:

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
