Professor Frank Presents at California County Counsel Association Annual Meeting

On December 12, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank made a presentation to the California County Counsel Association's annual meeting in Napa, California.  In his address, Frank provided an overview of key federal and state court environmental, land use, and property rights decisions from the past year, focusing on those judicial decisions of particular interest to California's 58 county counsels and their legal staffs.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
