Professor Joh's "Privacy Protests" Among Most Downloaded Papers

"Privacy Protests: Surveillance Evasion and Fourth Amendment Suspicion," a paper by Professor Elizabeth E. Joh, recently was listed by the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) as one of the most downloaded papers in its Legal Scholarship Network during the period of July 12 to September 10, when it was downloaded 912 times. The paper is forthcoming from the Arizona Law Review.

Elizabeth Joh researches in the areas of criminal law and procedure. She has special interests in the fields of policing, criminal justice privatization, and the sociology of law.
