Professor Chander's Electronic Silk Road Featured in Chronicle of Higher Education

The Electronic Silk Road, a new book by Professor Anupam Chander, is the subject of a feature article in The Chronicle of Higher Education.  The article includes an overview of the book as well as some comments from Chander about its origins and purpose.

"I think there's a major lacuna in law," Chander states. "Cyberlaw scholars tend to focus on the United States. International law scholars ignore cyberspace. [International cyberlaw] is a woefully understudied field."

Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law and cyber law.  He is also Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall.
