Professor Frank Speaks on Effective Oral Strategies for California Department of Justice Training

Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke to approximately 250 deputy attorneys general from the California Department of Justice in San Francisco on "Effective Oral Argument Strategies in Federal & State Appellate Courts."  Frank's presentation was part of a statewide two-day, in-house training program on appellate advocacy sponsored by the California Department of Justice and the National Association of Attorneys General.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
