Professor Sunder Presents From Goods to a Good Life at Yale Law School

Professor Madhavi Sunder presented her book, From Goods to a Good Life: Intellectual Property and Global Justice, at Yale Law School on April 1. The book, published by Yale University Press, explores the impact of intellectual property on social and cultural life. While most analyses have viewed intellectual property primarily in terms of how it promotes or impedes innovation, Professor Sunder "turns to social and cultural theory to more fully explore the deep connections between cultural production and human freedom," according to the Yale University Press description.

Madhavi Sunder is a Professor of Law at King Hall whose special interests included intellectual property, law and culture studies, women's rights, intellectual property in cyberspace, and international intellectual property.
