Professor Imwinkelried Helps to Draft Multistate Bar Examination

Professor Edward Imwinkelried travelled to Tucson, Arizona to attend a meeting of the Evidence Drafting Committee of the National Conference of Bar Examiners.  The committee drafted evidence questions for the Multistate Bar Examination, the national examination used by the overwhelming majority of states, including California.  The committee consists of two federal District Court judges and three academics.

Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence expert and has published extensively in the field.
