Professor Elmendorf Presents at UC Irvine Law Review Symposium

On September 14, Professor Christopher S. Elmendorf presented his paper, "Are Ballot Titles Biased? Partisanship in California's Supervision of Direct Democracy," at the UC Irvine Law Review's symposium, "Foxes, Henhouses, and Commissions: Assessing the Nonpartisan Model in Election Administration, Redistricting, and Campaign Finance."

Christopher S. Elmendorf is a Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law whose teaching and research interests include election law, administrative law, statutory interpretation, constitutional law, and property and natural resources law.
