The report is co-authored by Petrac and Professor Joan C. Williams of UC Hastings College of Law, Robin Devaux, managing director of UC Hastings Center for WorkLife Law, and Lynn Feinberg of the AARP Public Policy Institute.  Petrac is a 2012 Ms. JD Fellow, as well as a co-founder of the King Hall Women's Law Association and Co-Chair of the Coalition for Diversity.
