Nine King Hall Students Chosen for Equal Justice Works Summer Corps

Nine King Hall students have been chosen to participate in the 2011 Equal Justice Works Summer Corps program.  James Beck '12, Brendan Blake '12, Emma Maria Gallardo '13, Roel Mangiliman '12, Jessica Ponaman '12, Lauren Roberts '12, Serena Salinas '12, Robert Semones '13, and Matthew Weisner '13 will be part of the Summer Corps class, which will provide critically needed legal assistance to low-income and underserved communities around the country.  Selection for the program is highly competitive, and no other California law school has more participants in the program than King Hall, although the University of San Francisco School of Law and UC Irvine School of Law also had nine participants.
