King Hall Makes ‘Diversity Matters' Top 10

UC Davis School of Law has been listed among the top 10 law schools vying for the first-ever "Diversity Matters" award.  The award, a creation of the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC) Office of Diversity Initiatives, honors law schools that show support and commitment to diversity and help to advance DiscoverLaw.org, LSAC's campaign to encourage racially and ethnically diverse students to discover career opportunities in law and choose a path in undergraduate school to help them succeed.

The 168 participating law schools were assigned points for promoting the DiscoverLaw.org website, for the number of students who register with the site, for hosting DiscoverLaw.org Month events, and for volunteering for panels, webinars, podcasts, and other activities.  The winner or winners will be announced June 5.
