Supreme Court Ruling in New York Gun Case Will Affect California, Professor Chin Tells N.Y. Times

If the Supreme Court rules against New York’s strict concealed-carry gun law in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc., v. Bruen, “then basically, automatically California’s law is also invalid,” Professor Gabriel “Jack” Chin told the New York Times in story published Nov. 10.
