New York Times Quotes Professor Frank in Front-Page Story on Recall's Threat to Climate Gains

Professor Richard M. Frank spoke to the New York Times for a Sept. 9 story about the threat the Sept. 14 gubernatorial recall election poses to California’s groundbreaking climate policies. “California has had substantial influence over the direction of climate policy both nationally and internationally, and that could easily wane,” Frank told the Times.
