Professor Larson Talks to Associated Press About Charges for Jan. 6 Rioters

Professor Carlton F.W. Larson spoke to the Associated Press for a July 13 story about the possibility of treason or seditious conspiracy charges against the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol rioters. Larson said some would qualify for a provision of seditious conspiracy on “hindering” the execution of U.S. laws: “I think it easily fits.”
