Dean Johnson Assesses Supreme Court Immigration Cases in 2020 Term

The government prevailed in 80 percent of the immigration cases the United States Supreme Court decided during its 2020 term, Dean Kevin R. Johnson observed in a June 29 summary of those cases on the ImmigrationProf Blog. The SCOTUSblog linked to the summary as part of its June 30 “morning read” recommendations.

Kevin R. Johnson is the law school’s dean, Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and professor of Chicana/o studies at UC Davis. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
