Professor Patel presents co-written paper at two virtual workshops

Professor Menesh Patel presented his paper “Common Ownership: Do Managers Really Compete Less?”, co-written with Professor Merritt B. Fox of Columbia Law, at two virtual workshops -- the University of Cambridge/University of Florida Antitrust Faculty Workshop Series on March 11, and the Florida/Michigan/Virginia Law & Economics Virtual Series on April 7.

Professor Menesh Patel joined the UC Davis faculty in 2018. His primary research interests include antitrust, corporate law, securities regulation, and capital markets. Prior to UC Davis, he was a fellow at Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School and practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP.
