At the time of his release, he had served 12 years of a life sentence for his 3rd Strike offense of petty theft. Mr. McSween graduated from the rehabilitation program Guiding Rage Into Power (GRIP) as a "change agent." He is currently in training and on track to be a Certified Addiction Specialist in May and is en route to become a Domestic Violence Counselor.
