U.S. Supreme Court Postpones April Oral Arguments

The U.S. Supreme Court has postponed oral arguments scheduled for April 2020. In May 2020, for the first time ever, the Court will conduct oral arguments via conference call. The Justices and the counsel will all participate remotely. The Court has been conducting private remote conferences for all justices, except the Chief Justice who attends from the Court’s conference room. See ABA Journal, SCOTUSblog, CNBC.
