Supreme Court: Government Workers Can’t be Required to Pay Unions

In  Janus v. AFSCME , the Supreme Court dealt a blow to organized labor. In a 5-4 vote, the Court held that government workers who choose not to join unions cannot be forced to pay for collective bargaining.
