Ohio Case Could Change Who Gets Purged from Voter Rolls

In Husted v A. Philip Randolph Institute, the US Supreme Court will determine whether Ohio’s method for pruning those who haven’t voted recently off voter rolls is unconstitutional. Given the recent trend for  restrictions on voting put in place in a variety of states, the case is being closely watched. See ACLU, NPR.
