Ninth Circuit Hears Arguments on Travel Ban

A panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit heard oral arguments in a challenge to the executive order known as the “travel ban”. The order temporarily suspended new visas for travelers from six primarily Muslim countries—Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen. State of Hawaii, et al. v.
