Supreme Court Scrutinizes California Arbitration Law

The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments  in DIRECTV v. Imburgia, 14-462, a case that involves a dispute over satellite television fees and whether an arbitration provision in a DIRECTV customer agreement barring class arbitration was properly found unenforceable by a California Court of Appeals.  Read articles in the New York Times and Los Angeles Times.
