Keith Wetmore 1L Fellowship for Excellence, Diversity, and Inclusion

At Morrison & Foerster, we work to ensure that there are no barriers to serving clients at the highest level, or to creating opportunities for our lawyers and staff. The firm has long viewed diversity and inclusion as critical to achieving success for both our clients and ourselves. As a result, we continually seek ways not only to attract talented attorneys but also to ensure that they are supported, engaged, and given the tools necessary to be successful.

The Wetmore 1L Diversity Fellowship (formerly called the 1L Diversity Fellowship Program) is designed to help us hire exceptional law students who promote diversity within our firm and throughout the entire legal profession, while providing the training, mentorship, and exposure necessary for their professional development and engagement. The Wetmore 1L Diversity Fellowship is just one of the many ways Morrison & Foerster actualizes its commitment to removing barriers and creating opportunities for talented individuals from the most underrepresented groups in the legal industry.

Morrison & Foerster will be awarding fellowships to highly motivated first-year law students who are members of a group underrepresented in the legal industry.

The Wetmore 1L Diversity Fellowship has opportunities in Palo Alto, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, DC.
