We are accepting registrations for our program and hope to assist you with your recruiting needs. We firmly believe that our students are among the best and the brightest in the nation. UC Davis School of Law is consistently ranked among the top 15% of all ABA-approved law schools, which is due in great part to the highly credentialed students that the school continues to attract. To learn more about our students, and the University of California, Davis School of Law as a whole, we encourage you to visit the law school website at www.law.ucdavis.edu.
Fall OCI program update
Due to recent developments and in response to feedback from employers, we have made the decision to move our traditional early Fall OCI week to January 2021. We are still working on finalizing the schedule and hope to have an update soon. We understand that some employers, especially those in the government and public interest sectors, may still conduct their recruiting earlier, and we will work with each employer individually to accommodate requests to come on campus either in person or via video-conferencing or to participate in a resume collection when they choose to recruit.
For employers that have already registered for our July/early August Fall OCI dates, we will maintain your registration and switch to our January 2021 OCI program.
We are working to finalize our new OCI and Resume Collection dates, and we will update this page with information on the new dates as soon as the new dates/sessions are confirmed.
Changes to our Recruiting Policy
Additionally, we have revised our recruiting policies. Please see updated policy here . Below are some noteworthy changes:
- Offers should remain open for at least 14 days from the date of the written offer, unless from a private sector employer with fewer than 40 attorneys.
- Offers made prior to the first day of our Fall On‐Campus Interview Program (OCI) should remain open for at least 21 days after the first day of OCI.
- We request that employers strongly consider granting reasonable extensions of at least 7 days.
Should you have questions, please contact Kim Thomas at (530) 754-5719 or email@example.com.
