Last month, I had the interesting experience of delivering a talk to students and faculty of the James E. Rogers College of Law via online video technology. On March 23, I spoke on "How the Supreme Court Endorsed Racial Profiling in Immigration Enforcement" as part of the University of Arizona's Criminal Law and Immigration Speakers Series to an audience in Tucson without leaving Davis!
