Meeting Pre-Law Students Across the Region

Posted By Kevin R. Johnson, Nov 14, 2013

Last week, I met with La Raza Pre-Law students at UC Davis. This week, I returned to my undergraduate alma mater, UC Berkeley, and talked with students from Cal's Latino Pre-Law Society.J.J. Mulligan, a second year UC Davis law student who is the La Raza Law Students' Recruitment and Retention co-chair, traveled with me to let the students hear the real deal about law school from a student's perspective. It always is great to return to my old haunts; the meeting was held in Dwinelle Hall where I had many classes, including Chicana/o Studies courses, as an undergraduate. We met a great group of enthusiastic pre-law students and told them of the wonders of the King Hall experience.

Our Open House for Prospective Applicants is coming up this Saturday, November 16. If you are a prospective student who would like to learn about what King Hall has to offer, please visit the event page and register for the open house. I look forward to meeting you there!
