Another Alumni Lunch in the OC
Posted By Kevin R. Johnson, Mar 9, 2011
On Monday, March 7, I was in Southern California again, this time traveling to Orange County for an alumni lunch at Maggiano’s restaurant. It was a wonderful event, with more than two dozen alumni in attendance. I am grateful to Dina Randazzo ’08, who organized the lunch as part of a committee that has been putting together quarterly events in Orange County.
I updated the OC alums on the great happenings at King Hall, including our new-and-improved building, superstar new hires, the Ninth Circuit arguments, and other news. It was wonderful to see so many alumni present, with King Hall graduates from the 1970s sitting alongside members of the Class of 2010. Among those present were the Honorable Nancy Wieben Stock ’76, Alumni Board members Mike Williams ’97 and Steve Muldowney ’95, and Francine Lipman ’93, now a senior tax professor at Chapman University School of Law. Later that afternoon, I visited with Sonia Lister ’92 at her law firm.
Thanks to everyone who visited with me! I look forward to visiting with you again at the next Orange County event in June!
