Research in the Real World is presented by the law librarians at the UC Davis School of Law Mabie Law Library. Each session will be taught using a fact pattern. The law librarians will focus on efficient research strategies (such as using secondary sources); and highlight primary resources a student would find most relevant for each research topic. Students will have access to the power point presentations afterwards.
The 4 scheduled sessions are: California Business Transactions; California Practice Resources; California Civil Procedure; and Federal Civil Procedure.
