Professor Frank Speaks to California Environmental Protection Agency Attorneys in Sacramento

On February 27, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke at the Sacramento headquarters of the California Environmental Protection Agency to a large group of state attorneys from California environmental agencies.  Frank did so at the request and invitation of CalEPA's Deputy Secretary and General Counsel.  His talk, which was webcast to other state government offices around the state, focused on recently-decided and currently-pending environmental court decisions relevant to the assembled attorneys' areas of responsibility.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
