UC Davis School of Law Releases New Promotional Recruitment Video

UC Davis School of Law has released a new promotional video that highlights King Hall's academic excellence, dedicated and accessible faculty, and atmosphere of support and collaboration. The video, "Join the King Hall Community," was produced by Director of Marketing and Communications Pamela Wu with videographer Hal Sloane to support King Hall recruitment and outreach.

The video includes interviews with Dean Kevin R. Johnson, Associate Dean Vikram Amar, and Assistant Dean of Admission and Financial Aid Kristen Mercado. Students and recent graduates also speak on camera, including Ike Orjiakor '15, Kathryn Bilder '14, Joseph Deleon '16, Dennis "D.J." Murphy '14, Jacqueline Win '16, Michael Wu '12, and Lindsey McNeill '12. The video highlights the newly expanded and renovated King Hall building and includes footage of Professors Dennis Ventry, Jr., Floyd Feeney, and Angela Harris lecturing, Commencement and Swearing-In Ceremonies, students engaging in community service, and more.

The video is designed primarily for an audience of prospective students and intended to support the School of Law's continuing efforts to recruit the best and brightest.

"This is a law school that is on the rise, and it is only becoming better by the moment," Dean Johnson says in a concluding statement.  "If you want to get on an escalator to further success, you should come to UC Davis School of Law."
